Rockman et al served as the external evaluator of One Economy's online job site, the "Career Coach," located on their Beehive Web site. The Career Coach was designed to provide people with help planning and exploring potential careers, finding the right career, preparing for a job, looking for a job, and getting hired. Rockman et al evaluated the use of the site with clients from four San Francisco workforce development agencies.
